Meet Brandy, the world’s smallest dog. The Chihuahua lives in Largo, Fla., is 6 inches long and weighs less than 2 pounds. Guinness has declared Brandy the tiniest dog on the planet. How tiny is tiny? Owner Paulette Keller carries Brandy in her purse.
